One of the biggest obstacles for individuals is keeping their work phone at a distance while at home. This can be especially trying if a person's cell phone is both their work and personal device. One solution can be opting for an additional phone number. This way, an individual can program it so certain calls go straight to an office voicemail after certain hours.
Finally, keep multitasking at a minimum. When at home, focus on family and friends, rather than weeding through emails and taking late business meetings while watching television or eating dinner.
